Anxiety Tip

If you are reading this , you probably suffer from Anxiety/Panic Attacks.
I am going to give you a tip for today. Seeing as most Anxiety Sufferers will not take the time to read a long winded Blog, I will keep them short and sweet from now on.


Tip: When you are avoiding as situation due to an anxiety attack or you are expecting to have one if you put yourself in that situation....my answer to that is simply don't! Don't avoid the situation, face it head on. If you have an anxiety attack, don't worry about it, find a place to sit and work through it. Breath through it, self talk works as well. Remember others will not judge you because of it, everyone is not looking at you, and if they are .....who cares!

You need to face them head on, and you will find that slowly it will get easier every time you face a situation where you are not comfortable!

Anxiety/Panic Attacks will not kill you, they are uncomfortable, but you can get through it!

Fight it!
